Who We Are?
Women in RPA: Building a Community for Growth and Support
Hello, my name is Mavis Incialan. I have been a technology program manager for approximately 10 years, and I have been managing projects in the field of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for 7 years.
I have witnessed the rapid growth of the RPA field and know that it holds significant potential for further growth. Since my youth, I have wanted to do something to ensure equal representation for women and strive for a fairer world. In order to facilitate greater involvement, representation, and access to opportunities for women in this field, I have decided to launch a non-profit organization called “Women in RPA.”
The goal of this organization is to enable women in this field to connect, exchange ideas, and support each other by forming a community consisting of women from various roles such as developers, analysts, and project managers. As the next step, we aim to guide young women and students who are looking to enter or advance in the technology field through mentorship and experience sharing.
