Women in RPA Mentorship Program 2024
The Women in RPA Mentorship Program creates a network of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) professionals from a variety of industries and experience levels, as well as students interested in getting involved in this field. We assist women who are either moving into an RPA career or are experienced professionals aiming to advance into senior leadership roles in the RPA domain.

Registration is open for both Mentors and Mentees until October 28,2024.
The 8-week program will commence on November 11, 2024.
At WIRPA, we believe that mentorship is a powerful tool for professional development and personal growth. Our program is designed to connect aspiring RPA professionals and students with experienced mentors who can provide guidance, share insights, and help navigate the complexities of the RPA industry.
1:1 and Group Mentorship: Choose between personalized one-on-one mentorship or join a group mentorship circle tailored to your industry and career goals.
Industry-Specific Circles: Benefit from mentorship circles focused on key industries such as Bio Science, Construction, Financial Services (FinTech), Retail, and Technology.
Leadership and Career Development: Engage in focused tracks on RPA Leadership Development, Career Advancement, and Technical RPA Program Management. Participate in live practice interviews, resume reviews, networking opportunities, and more.
Experiential Learning: Our Technical RPA Program Management track includes a supplemental Case Study for hands-on learning, providing practical experience that enhances your understanding and skills.
Mentorship Circles: Each circle consists of 1 Mentor and up to 4 Mentees, allowing for personalized attention and a collaborative learning environment.
Duration: The program spans 8 weeks, offering a comprehensive and immersive mentorship experience.
Kick-Off: The program begins on November 11, 2024, with registration open until October 28, 2024
